Expectorant action – contribute to the dilution of thick sputum, as well as its removal from the bronchial tree. This therapeutic effect is also realized due to the fact that the active substance formulation enhances undulations ciliary epithelium of the bronchial mucosa, which contributes to the speedy removal of sputum, pathogens and foreign particles.
Antitussive effect – the intensity of cough decreases.
Spasmolytic action – reduces the tone of smooth muscles in the walls of the bronchi, which contributes to their expansion and improvement of sputum discharge.
